Upon providing your email at checkout, tracking information will be sent. We kindly ask for your understanding as it may take up to 48 hours for the carrier to display the tracking information. Shipping Policy

Our processing time typically spans 1-3 days, and it’s important to note that the selected shipping duration pertains to transit time, not processing time. We utilize reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS, with the possibility of some shipments requiring a signature. Please be aware that any additional customs charges for international shipments are beyond our purview. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Incorrect Address

Please kindly verify the accuracy of your shipping address during the checkout process, as regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for errors in address input. In the event that items are returned due to an incorrect address, we are more than willing to resend them to the accurate address. However, please note that shipping costs, unfortunately, cannot be refunded in such cases. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout stage. For orders exceeding $50, we are delighted to offer complimentary shipping.

Return Policy

We accept returns within a 7-day period. However, for safety reasons, we are unable to process returns for herbs, soaps, washes, or oils. Additionally, opened tarot and oracle decks cannot be returned. Should you wish to initiate a return, kindly reach out to us in advance, Please be aware that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of broken or defective items. We appreciate your understanding, and refunds will not cover the return shipping unless the issue is on our end.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
