How do I find out the status of my order?

if you logged into your ADMM account during checkout you can check the status of your order from within your account. Please follow the steps below:

Log into your account Go to ORDERS under MY ACCOUNT Click VIEW to see more details  If you checked out as a guest then you will NOT be able to see the order status from within your account. For all orders, we send out an order confirmation via email and we will also send you an email notification once your package ships.

Can I add an item to my existing order?

We’re really sorry but we’re not able to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. Please place a new order for any additional products.

How do I cancel my order?

Please note, all sales are final and we generally do not accept order cancellations. You agree to our Purchase Terms when you place an order with us. We encourage you to review our Purchase Terms by clicking here.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Please submit a support ticket here if you still believe you’re missing an item from your order. Make sure to include the order number and the name of the missing item.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please open a support ticket. Include photos of the damage. Please make sure to include photos of any tampered or damaged packages as well.I received a note card saying an item I purchased is backordered, what should I do?

Backorders occur for a variety of reasons, including damaged inventory, a technical glitch that caused the item to oversell, and so on. If you don’t want to wait, we can exchange it for another treasure of equal value. To request an exchange, please submit a support ticket.

Why was my order canceled?

Your order was canceled for a variety of reasons. It could be because the order expired, the payment failed, or something else went wrong.  We recommend that you retry placing your order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!
